Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging included
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper care or customer use
- Items returned without prior approval
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned in its original, unworn condition with hygiene protection stickers and tags intact.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as Sweet Beach Baby is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
Exchanges
At this time, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item according to our return process.
This helps ensure faster delivery of your replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
